If there is a company value/party is an org party, we should screen the company name and primary address.
If there is no company value/person party, we should screen the person name and primary address.
No additional screening calls for a_entityid=1.1 should be made.

Again, another thing that will be resolved once the shared screening service is in place, but we need to make this change if delivery of that service is still a ways off.
