Keycloak3.x brings "Service accounts" which may be used by client apps to calls keycloak REST API. We have to update download manager to use this mechanism instead of currently used user defined in master realm (as master realm will be gone during merge of RHD keycloak with IAM keycloak, so we need DM to be prepared for the merge)
