[10:18:16] <sushma> Hi David, We are facing issues with External links on download manager
[10:18:30] <dhladky> What is the problem?
[10:18:33] <sushma> Shaun sent a note, I see the same issue for other products too..
[10:19:29] <sushma> when I click on any "Release Notes" which points to external link on access.redhat.com -> it asks for developers.redhat.com login (which works fine) > redirects to brokers.redhat.com and hangs there without resolving
[10:20:07] <dhladky> Hmm, I am wonder what is the brokers.redhat.com
[10:20:20] <sushma> https://projects.engineering.redhat.com/browse/RCM-25253?focusedCommentId=703252&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-703252
[10:20:50] <sushma> yeah I never dealt with that specifically before but I recollect having seen that while navigating to external links
[10:21:21] <sushma> Example, https://developers.redhat.com/products/rhoar/download/ --> if you access the release notes there you can see the issue
[10:21:23] <dhladky> I will ask around. It might be something in either Javascript or F5 rewrite rule.
[10:21:34] <sushma> same is the problem with https://developers.redhat.com/products/eap/download/ 7.1.0
[10:24:03] <dhladky> Thank you for the information. I will create a ticket for me and deal with it ASAP. It is really strange issue. Unfortunately lkoranda is away until the end of the year so someone from IT would probably have to investigate the F5 rewrites. I do not have access there.
[10:24:43] <sushma> aha, do you think creating a ticket o platops would help too?
[10:24:46] <dhladky> What is your jboss.org ID ? I will mark you as a reporter
[10:25:29] <sushma> sure, sdaley is handling EAP 7.1, please mark him as reporter as this is blocking for EAP currenty
[10:25:43] <sushma> please cc me
[10:26:01] <sushma> we might start getting tickets from other other products
[10:26:20] <dhladky> They might find something on F5. Our UI team needs to tell us if they do something with it (aka some Google Tag Manager script or similar)
[10:26:36] <dhladky> OK
[10:27:55] <sushma> ok, we will wait for you and if that needs platops later will create a ticket for them
