Since I changed the PR environment config to use production download manager (and keycloak) I can no longer download in this environment.

Maybe I have missed a config change somewhere? Can you help?

1. Navigate to https://developers-pr.stage.redhat.com/pr/2145/export/downloads/
2. Click on one of the download buttons (for example eap)
3. Log in with your production account.

Expected:
redirect to PR environment, download triggers.

Actual:
