Overview

The creator of the RFE-2052 has stated that even this new work is not an optimal solution.

He wants something to use via an oc adm type command line to create a running image and launch a custom script in that image (all maintained by CEE) except of course the cli that we will look after.  The reason is  that a cluster under stress is not going to be happy with us deploying operators, daemonsets, agents etc , it must be as simple as possible using the least amount of resources
