As CFE engineer, I would like to propose a oc-mirror subcommand that can verify the readiness to mirror to enclaves by checking the existance of all images referenced by the imagesetconfig from the command input in the local storage,

so that the cluster admin of an enclave cluster only initiates the disk-to-mirror mirroring once the local storage is ready, and the upgrade path for releases corresponding to the image set config has been calculated and saved to cache.

This is mostly interesting when the imageSetConfig used for mirroring to the local cache does not match the imageSetConfig used to mirror to the enclave.
