[R&D] Investigate the use of distributed oc-mirror workers on bare-metal servers or vms

Overview

This task is to investigate the use of distributed oc-mirror workers on bare-metal servers or vms

The proposal is to create a simple POC and via ansible playbooks deploy/manage (start/stop/delete) this service to each worker

Tasks

• Design and implement a simple oc-mirror POC
• Create an ansible playbook that will deploy the services to N machines
• Use the playbook to manage the service start/stop/delete etc

Outcome

The outcome is to (if at all feasible): 

• Create a design document 
• Create a work breakdown of the tasks
• Create user stories that relate to the deployment and functionality

Duration

This task will be time boxed for one week at most
