Investigate adding the package's default channel head in the mirroring when default channel not included in ImageSetConfig

From this conversation, it could be less confusing for users to analyse through the error messages regarding unwanted (default) channel in the mirroring than to include the default channel head always for operator packages with a clear user warning.
