As CFE engineer, I'd like to investigate and reduce dependencies on multiple libraries in oc-mirror for container image manipulation

Implies POC on the use of a single library instead of 3 like today:

• go-containers-registry
• containers/image
• operator-framework/operator-registry
• mirror from oc package (http://github.com/openshift/oc/pkg/cli/image/mirror)
