WHAT

In th run function, before starting to manipulate an OCI catalog, we need to prepare for the processing, by making sure that the catalog blob containing the content is untarred in a temporary folder for later use (for rendering, mapping generation, etc).

For OCI catalogs, a call to findFBCCatalog (with preparatory steps for the call, inspired from  bulkImageMirror is needed here

Acceptance Criteria

• Untar the catalog contents to a local temporary folder (olm_artifacts)
• Implement correct code functionality 
• Ensure to oci mirrorTomirror functionality works correctly
• Update unit tests
