Enhancement proposed for Azure tags support in OCP, requires cluster-image-registry-operator to add azure userTags available in the status sub resource of infrastructure CR, to the azure storage resource created.

cluster-image-registry-operator uses the method createStorageAccount() to create storage resource which should be updated to add tags.

• UTs and e2e are added/updated
