Engage

• Clone this Jira and schedule it to an active sprint or plan it for an upcoming sprint. 
• Review all feedback material available
• Engage the provider of the feedback for additional perspective or context
• If necessary arrange to speak with the customer along with PM or other stakeholders

Define

• Clearly define problems or opportunities in the feedback including frequency of occurrence, impact, workarounds
• Identify stakeholders of the areas being discussed
• Review findings and refine documentation to include any prior-art including RFEs or other existing jiras, designs, etc that are relevant to the feedback.

Implement

• Work with stakeholders to create new RFEs and bugs for tracking
• Provide recommendations of CFE ownership for work items if necessary
• Request process improvement from stakeholders and update templates as necessary

Acceptance Criteria

1. Customer research document is created
2. New RFEs and bugs are created as necessary
3. Stakeholders are aware of items 1 and 2 or tracking purposes

Out of Scope

1. Implementation of RFEs and bugs that are newly define are out of scope for resolving this card (though they may be scheduled immediately after conclusion or while investigation is ongoing).
2. Commitment of RFEs delivery (this will go through the normal PM processes)
