• Workload teams
• RFE owner
• Staff engineer
• Luigi/Trilok
• OLM team if needed

so that I can start the implementation of the feature (WRKLDS-456, WRKLDS-457)

Acceptance criteria:

• WIP PR showing the proof of concept
• Either
  • Enhancement proposal ready for review by the above list of consulted stakeholders
  • Or, Design document ready for review by the above list of consulted stakeholders
