The operator currently relies on the secret generated by the `service-ca-operator` for CA cert to authenticate webhooks. The `service-ca-operator` automatically renews the certs when close to expiry. The mounted secret will need to be reloaded by the aws-load-balancer-operator.

• E2E test to verify secret reload by manually rotating CA cert.
