A PV is a pre-requisite for the operator.
The operator controller mounts the PV, and uses it to save all data collected from the agents after nodeobservabilityrun is finished.

When NodeObservabilityRun status is finished, the operator needs to call an endpoint on each successful agent, and collect all files related to the run and save them to the PV.
The structure of data on the PV could be:

• UID or date for the run as root folder for data collection.
  • node name
