Description:

The CaC project now ships a handy script called `utils/build_stig_control.py` which allows to bootstrap the controls structure based on a STIG.

We should use this to populate the controls for the OCP4 STIG in the CaC repo. This would allow us to collaborate in a better fashion than the spreadsheet and over the longer term, automate the profile and then generate the spreadsheet, using CaC as the single source of truth.

• Acceptance of solution review
  • Identification of dependency on creating compliance content and support required for it
• we bootstrap the controls directory for ocp4_stig and rhcos4_stig under the controls directory of the CaC repo
