Make sure BlueCat DNS providers is verified for the scenarios similar to the existing e2e tests. To name some:

• deployment using OLM bundle
• authentication using provided credentials
• records creation for service and route sources

Taking into account the fact that BlueCat needs a paid license which makes it difficult to be used for the automated testing. This story doesn't require a new provider test helper.

Acceptance Criteria
If new e2e provider helpers added:

• All E2E tests pass

If the provider was tested manually:

• Test report in free form
