Some open question:

• Should we keep using the ART branching model in the operator repository?
  • If we should not, will this impact the CI?
• Do we spin off new branches same way ART does for OCP: master for X.Y+1, X.Y branch after code freeze for X.Y?
• Do we respect the OCP feature and code freezes?
  • If yes, what do we do to the branches (previous question) and what do we do with the advisory? should it be in QE status and may not go back?

Acceptance Criteria

• Branching, back-port and freeze models are documented as a markdown doc committed into the repository
