Implement the Static Obfuscator

      In CFE-26 we implemented the keyword detector, here we need to implement the static replacement with plain words from a dictionary:

         - type: keywords
     replacementType: static
     replacement:
       hello: goodbye
       fire: water

      AC:

      • well tested logic to replace the keywords in the given replacement dictionary
