As a developer, I want to release the GA product version through CPaaS so that I have full traceability on the contents of the GA release

Acceptance criteria:

• The Errata advisory is ready and in QE state
  • It points to the new product version (1.0)
  • It contains the builds to all 3 components (operand, operator, bundle)
  • It contains links to
    • Jira tickets that correspond to this GA
    • and to any Bugs that have been fixed since TechPreview
• The release.md contains the updated release process (if needed)
