Overview

For the e2e test we need to have the operator installed and running.  Its should then trigger a call by accessing the agent (its sufficient to only check one agent, but if time permits all agents i.e if deployed to 3 nodes then execute the trigger to each each).

The test should be fairly simple - ie check that a file for both crio and kubelet are created on the nodes hostPath

Acceptance Criteria

• All E2E tests pass
• Well documented README
