R&D task to check support for Events in the operators updating resource tags

      During update, there are possibilities of resource tags conflict being updated or created. To report the error/warning to user, support for events from operators need to analysed.

      Acceptance Criteria :

      1) Analysis of events and limits. 

      2) Supportability of events by operators in case of resource tags precedence conflicts.
