BZ 2032179 has shown the inability of ExternalDNS Operator to instruct the operand to work in the environment with the global proxy setup. The idea of this user story is to implement the missing parts to let the operated ExternalDNS instance communicate to DNS providers if there is a proxy in the middle.

• Acceptance Criteria
  • Proxy endpoints (ULRs) are propagated to all the operand containers for all the DNS providers which support proxing
  • Operator has the ability to inject a custom CA into the operand containers (potential proxy CA)
