This user story is for the setup of the delivery repositories (Comet) and the Errata advisories of all the images related to ExternalDNS (operator, operator bundle, operand).
CPaaS' HoneyBadger is the preferred way for the implementation, the manual setup has to be done otherwise.

• Acceptance Criteria
  • Comet repositories are created for all the images (operator, operator bundle, operand)
  • Errata advisories are created
  • Operator's bundle is published only in 4.10 index
  • ART doesn't build any of ExternalDNS images
  • Release procedure is verified by NE team (with QE engineer)

• Tasks
  • Update the product's release pipeline to enable the Errata update and delivery repository creation
  • Remove 4.9 release from the midstream (4.10 index must be ready)
  • Remove all the images from the ART builds
  • Setup the image mirroring to the public registry
  • Finish the release procedure
