Follow up on CFE-172. The rebase script works and can be used to run rebases for Kubernetes.

We're currently missing conflict resolution and some kind of "auto" PR creation.

Write an enhancement on:

• resolving go.mod/sum conflicts automatically
• offer the option to resolve .go conflicts using merge strategy "theirs"
• describe a bot runtime that auto-creates PRs on new k8s releases

AC:

• enhancement written and accepted (merged)
• follow-up jira tasks created in backlog
