      The end2end tests created in NE-735 should be running as part of the PR workflow. They need to be setup in prow to run.

      AC:

      • Create different jobs for the clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure)
      • When a PR is created, the end2end tests from NE-735 should be run
      • A failing end2end tests should block the merge (AWS, GCP, Azure are mandatory)
