This RFE needs an epic created based on the remaining work.  Work with Thomas to understand what that scope is.  If the remaining work belongs to a specific team or teams, create epics that live on their board.  Tag those epics with the 2021Q3 Plan fix version and the cfe-plan label.

Review epic. Ensure:

1. Epic is well defined with acceptance criteria.  Update as necessary, working with dependent teams and PMs for clarity
2. Epic has well defined stories that live on the CFE board that break down the work into what you believe are chunks deliverable in a sprint (this isn't always possible, best effort only)
   1. Includes stories for enhancement proposals where necessary
3. If an epic requires R&D before item 2 is possible create the R&D story
