Background from RFE grooming Session

• What customers
  • DHL
• What is the ask
  • There was a bug filed as the limit apparently was not working, but it was found out that the limit applies to images and not to image tags. The RFE is about limiting the number of image stream tags, not the number of images. Apparently this applies to 3.X, we don’t know whether there is anything in 4.x.

• Is this feasible
  • The outcome from the R&D/Spike (this task)
• How can this be resolved
  • Check whether that functionality is already available in 4.x

N.B. This task should be time boxed to about 2 or 3 days at most
