To start the official documentation off, we're going to have a KCS article that describes what this tool is used for, how to install it and how to use it.

• Since the tool is originally going to be targeted at CEE and maybe a small number of customers, we all thought it would be best to provide initial documentation as a KCS. Link to KCS instructions: https://source.redhat.com/groups/public/cee-enablement/tooling_infra_team/cee_customer_platform/create_edit_and_publish_knowledgebase_articles

We will later promote this to the official 4.10 must-gather article if the release timing fits.

rhn-support-snarayan will assist us by reviewing the article.
