Support extension: camel-quarkus-jdbc

While we already have support for camel-sql in CEQ, we should also consider supporting camel-jdbc.
Both components work quite differently and both are widely used among customers.
Requirements:

• supported databases of RHBQ and should support XA transactions as well.
