Create an RHI Camel Quarkus example demonstrating its configuration with MK

• A full end-to-end demo with supported CQ and MK
• Security configuration based on MK offered methods (2 methods?)
• Validate both security mechanisms SASL_PLAIN and SASL_OAUTHBEARER
• Publish messages to a MK instance in staging
• Request a MK instance
• Documented developer experience
• Provide feedback to MK what works and what not

This example should support both standalone RHEL and OpenShift deployment.
