Delay Queue not delaying messages when sendMessage from DefaultSqsClient is called

This issue probably affects both Camel and Camel Quarkus and unfortunately does not seem to be a bug on our side. When you create a delay queue in AWS SQS and then send the message to it using camel/camel-quarkus endpoint the message is visible immediately. The expected behavior should be that the message is not retrievable for the specified amount of time (specified during delay queue creation). Queue is configured correctly and when the message is sent using AWS CLI it gets delayed correctly. I have dug a little bit into this and everything seems to be working just fine, therefore bug must be in awssdk library. Already spoke with acosenti and he came the similar conclusion.
