TCK does not seem to contain a test which would assert the ordering of events when, for instance, processing a producer.
In such case CDI mandates that the container fires: PIP -> PP -> PBA -> PB

We should have this ordering covered in TCK for all cases described in 12.4.4 Bean Dicovery.
