JBoss TCK Runner and dir is not part of the CDI TCK distro

    Description

      The TCK documentation points the user to the jboss-tck-runner directory, but it does not exist inthe RI or TCK bundles. It should be in one of them. Users should not be required to go and check out workspaces in order to run the TCK out of the box.
