Some interceptors are not valid.

According the Interceptors spec:

An interceptor class must not be abstract and must have a public no-arg constructor.

We have few interceptors in TCK, which don't satisfy this rule e.g:

AnimalInterceptor
CatInterceptor
AlmightyLifecycleInterceptor
SheepInterceptor
PublicLifecycleInterceptor
