SimpleLogger should be serializable

SimpleLogger should be serializable. Otherwise the container may not be able to passivate objects that use SimpleLogger e.g. https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi-tck/blob/master/impl/src/main/java/org/jboss/cdi/tck/tests/context/conversation/Storm.java
