Separate remote EJB tests from test archives

      The presence of a remote EJB in the test archive makes all the remaining test methods unusable in the context of Java EE Web Profile (test archive will not deploy).

      • org.jboss.cdi.tck.tests.implementation.enterprise.definition.EnterpriseBeanDefinitionTest and DogRemote
      • org.jboss.cdi.tck.tests.extensions.producer.ProducerTest and ServiceRemote
