org.jboss.jsr299.tck.tests.implementation.enterprise.newBean.NewEnterpriseBeanTest and org.jboss.jsr299.tck.tests.implementation.enterprise.newBean.NewEnterpriseBeanICTest assume @New session beans to be created eagerly for each session bean. However, the specification says:

The container discovers @New qualified beans by inspecting injection points other enabled beans.

Proper injection points should be added for the tests to be valid.
