As mention on the site the license in Spec documentation is outdated.
As we release the spec in dual licensing, we should provide this license for the JCP and the ASL2 for the website download.
Right now an old version of JCP license is included here it mention Red Hat Middleware LLC instead of Red Hat, Inc.
