As a developer, I want to update all go dependencies:

• to reduce the risk of security vulnerabilities
• to reduce the risk of incompatibility when handling urgent updates such as CVEs

Run the following make target.

make update-go-dependencies

If there are any dependencies that do not cleanly update, create a card in the regular maintenance epic for the next version so that I can plan accordingly.
