1) The tool should be able to create a key pair if a user does not have one. By default it should generate a key pair in the current directory and also have an option to specify the output directory. If storing in the current directory please make sure that tool warns the user to store private key somewhere safe.

tool-name create key-pair

tool-name create key-pair --output-dir=path/to/keypair/dir
