As a developer, I want to update the CI jobs

• to ensure we are periodically testing the latest versions
• to reduce the costs from testing versions that are no longer supported

Completion Criteria

• A periodic job has been created for the next version as indicated in this story/epic title.
• Periodic Job(s) have been created for all versions that are currently in Full or Maintenance support.
• Periodic Jobs(s) have been removed for all versions that are no longer in Full or Maintenance support.
• The security job has been removed for all versions that are no longer in Full or Maintenance Support.
