Goal

Document the process for rotating service accounts on GCP environments.

The customer has productive RHOCP 4 clusters in GCP. In this regard, their expectation would be to fully understand the context of that service account and how to rotate it (i.e. they are a financial institution and, for compliance reasons, they need to have a wortkflow on hand to rotate all credentials, in the event they may be compromised).
