      Background

      Enable building ccoctl tool (used to pre-installation/pre-upgrade credentials management) for macOS/windowsas we presently only build the binary for the architectures that OpenShift is actually built for (amd64, arm64, ppc64le, s390x).

       

      User Story

      As a Cloud Provider/Platform developer, I want to use ccoctl locally on my macOS machine to test out OpenShift deployments and expect that the ccoctl for macOS is part of the downloadable links available for openshift-install for macOS.
