We recently met up with PULP folks to set up our new prod domain in our prod PULP index. We also need to set up the staging domain.

Set up staging domain similarly to what we did for prod. Another S3 bucket? Same cloudflare?
Store any certs/keys in our bitwarden collection
Create a main repo. We can rename this later if necessary.
