We need to put together a template task for users/clients/customers to use for requesting new content be built by calunga. This task should be cloned by someone so that every request has a standard format.

Things to include:

• package name
• package version(s)
• python version (only 3.12 is currently supported)
• architecture (only x86_64 currently supported)
