Byteman Throws CompileException because of unexpected stack height

There are cases (for example, see the forum reference) where Byteman throws a CompileException when compiling a rule to bytecode because the stack heights before and after compiling an expression do not match its expectations. Since this is an internal sanity check it indicates an error in the compiler no tin the program and, indeed, the rule appears to run correctly when interpreted.
