Where a class such as java.io.File is loaded before the Byteman agent transformer is registered the Transformer is not provied with th eopportunity to transform the bytecode. So rules whose location specifies such classes are not injected. When the agent is loaded it should try to retransform any existing loaded classes which match the current rule set.
