Clarify behavior for Process Instance Migration without mappings

When defining a Process Migration Plan it is not clear what happens when a mapping is not defined.
The default behaviour is that source nodes will be mapped to the target node with the same nodeId and nodeType.
Mappings should be set for nodes with different nodeId but the same nodeType
