Section "3.4. Executable rule models" of the "Deploying and managing Red Hat Decision Manager services" guide[1] does not make clear that you need both kie-maven-plugin + drools-model-compiler in your project pom.xml in order to activate the executable model generation during build time. I believe this section deserves better wording.
